Real estate development is inherently interdisciplinary, and draws, on different kinds of knowledge, and requires a multitude of skills.
This course is designed to provide an awareness of the strategic decision-making required in the, legal, financial, business planning, land planning, and ethical aspects of development. In all, this course aims to contribute to the knowledge and skills that you need to operate as a professional in the area of real estate development.
